The Club's exhibition on 1st October 2011 was a success and we would like to thank all the exhibitors, traders and visitors for their support.
Plans are well on the way for our 2012 exhibition - on Saturday 6th October 2012 - which will be the focal point of our celebrations to mark the Club's Golden Jubilee year (having been formed in 1962). We hope it will prove to be the biggest and best we have ever put on.
We anticipate having at least 18 layouts on show, plus all the regular traders offering a wide range of products. Our excellent catering remains in the hands of Carole Thurston (who has been our caterer for more years than anyone can remember) and always wins praise from our visitors. Roy Hickman will, as ever, share his expertise on scenery and buildings – much of which is made from cheap or free materials (a real boon in these tough economic times). A full list of layouts attending will be published here nearer to the exhibition.
